Shipping
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information (abbreviations, street numbers, building/apartment numbers, etc.) We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
WHERE DO WE SHIP?
TRINASLOOK LLC ships to most countries worldwide. All Packages are shipped via FedEx. FedEx will only accept shipments to a valid address. All Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by TRINASLOOK LLC.
TRINASLOOK LLC is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:
DOMESTIC
$7 - $15 flat rate depending on order total
$17-$28 flat rate depending on large packaging size
INTERNATIONAL
FedEx Rates are determined based on location
HOW LONG BEFORE I CAN RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The normal processing time for orders is 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday). Business days do not include weekends, public, and federal holidays.
After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 4-7 business days, and 14-30 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, shipping times are subject to change.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! We cannot cancel or change an order 12 hours after being placed.

RETURN POLICY:
We have a strict NO RETURN policy. If you are uncertain about a size for your apparel order, size UP, or email trinaslookllc@yahoo.com with any questions before ordering.
No refund will be issued for lost, abandoned, undeliverable, incorrectly addressed or refused shipments. We ship orders to the address provided, and are not responsible for packages after they have been shipped. If you have not received your package, then please check the tracking number that you received from us. If the tracking numbers list the package as delivered and you still haven't received it, then please follow up with your local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
DELIVERY CLAIMS:
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it; you must file a claim with USPS. Once a tracking number states "in transit", TRINASLOOK LLC is no longer responsible for that package. Responsibility at that time transfers to the courier service. We strongly urge the purchase of shipping insurance. TRINASLOOK LLC does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
